This Forum seeks to increase media participation, interest and coverage of children and youth issues in the areas of Northern Uganda and West Nile. The program is based on the premise that New challenges in (post-) conflict areas require new initiatives by new actors: to increase outreach to former unreached, to hear the former unheard, and to optimize existing efforts to support children and young people affected by conflict.
"Ceteris Paribus" i think this is good for the children especially some of the thinking done, the view of what is around them. This could provide a forum for expanding these letters into another program that the children could comment on the points raised by the different presidents, and other nnovations etc,etc,.....spelling mistakes in the letters are another point of what i like, it kind of syas it all that the childen did the thinking and the writting. thanks
